Contractual partner  

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate this   

Contractual relationship between the Krützberg company and consumers and companies who buy products via our online shop. A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes the contract for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB). Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the General Terms and Conditions, on the other hand, are those for whom the contract is concluded in the exercise of a commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 14 Para. 1 BGB in conjunction with § 310 Para. 1 BGB). We do not recognize any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from our terms and conditions.

Conclusion of contract and contractual partner  

1. You can initially place the products in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking on “Add to shopping cart”  

2. In the shopping cart you can remove the products or change the number. To complete the purchase, click on “Checkout”.  

3. In the ordering process, first enter your delivery and payment details.  

4. Check your order  

5. By clicking on “Buy” you confirm that the information you have provided is correct and send your order.  

6. You are hereby submitting a binding offer and offering us the conclusion of a purchase contract.  

7. After you have sent your order, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. This includes your details on the billing and delivery address, a list of the products purchased as well as our current terms and conditions and our  

Revocation instructions. You can access our terms and conditions at any time on our website.  

8.The purchase contract only comes into existence through a declaration of acceptance  (order confirmation), at the latest with the delivery of the goods  achieved.  

Revocation instructions and right of withdrawal  

The  The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of delivery to you or an authorized third party. However, the period does not begin before the purchase contract has become binding on you through your approval of the purchased item. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the said period.

You can use our cancellation form here. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the use of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.  

Consequences of revocation  

If you revoke this contract, we will pay the amount that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your return. The  Repayment in the event of a revocation is made using  of the same  means of payment that you used when ordering. Under no circumstances will fees be charged for the repayment.   

You have the goods immediately and in any case, at the latest within 7 days from the day on which you informed us about the revocation of this  of the contract, send it back to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before  expiry of the period of 7 days. Delivery in Germany

We ship within Germany with DHL. The  Shipping to a packing station or post office is possible, provided the corresponding post ID and address are given. Delivery with DHL standard is  free shipping. The delivery time is about 2 to 3 working days after receipt of your payment.  

Delivery abroad

We also ship abroad. The shipping costs and the delivery time depend on the respective delivery address. We ship your order with DHL. After handing over your order to the shipping service provider, you will receive a tracking number from us to track the delivery. Please take the costs for delivery abroad from the following list:

• Shipping within the EU: €17.99
• Shipping to Switzerland: €26.99
• Shipping to the rest of Europe: €29.99
• Shipping to Russia: €30.99
• Shipping to Canada, New Zealand, Australia: €46.99

Warranty  

If delivered items have obvious defects, including  transport damage, please complain immediately. The  Warranty for defects is 2 years from the invoice date.  For occurring  Defects within these 2 years are subject to the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for defect elimination/new delivery.  

Validity of prices  

The  The prices listed in our online shop include the statutory VAT of 16%. This will be listed on the invoice. 

Payment  

You can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). There is no possibility of discount deduction. If you choose PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal during the ordering process.  

Retention of title  

The goods remain the property of Krützberg until the purchase price has been paid in full, including all ancillary claims.  

Electronic communication  

You agree that the contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.  

Alternative dispute resolution  

From February 15, 2016, the EU Commission will provide a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. As a consumer, you have the

not obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.  

Privacy policy  

The protection of your data is important to us. We use the data you provide such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address exclusively for the proper processing of the order and other contractual  

relationships. We will not pass this data on to third parties. You have the right to free information, correction, transmission, blocking and  

at any time

Deletion of your stored data, insofar as they are no longer required for order processing or statutory retention requirements must be preserved.  

The customer is responsible for protecting the access data. The access data must be kept secret and may not be made accessible to third parties. The customer is aware that third parties with knowledge of the access data have the opportunity to place orders on his behalf. If he discovers or suspects that his access data is being used by third parties, he is obliged to change his access data immediately or to notify us.
