Shipping and returns

Fast and free shipping in Germany

As with our products, reliability and quality are our standards for our service, which is why we ship free of charge within Germany. The dispatch takes place at the latest on the next working day of your received order and payment. Your order will be sent well packaged with DHL and takes about 2 to 3 days for delivery within Germany. We are also happy to ship to a Packstation or post office of your choice – simply indicate this when placing your order. After your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.

Shipping abroad  

We also ship abroad. Shipping is insured with DHL. Your order will receive a tracking number for tracking. The following shipping costs are charged for shipping abroad:  

• Shipping within the EU: €17.99
• Shipping to Switzerland: €26.99
• Shipping to the rest of Europe: €29.99
• Shipping to Russia: €30.99
• Shipping to Canada, New Zealand, Australia: €46.99

Easy returns & Exchange

Return and refund  

The repayment will be made after receipt of your return with the same payment method as your order. After we have received and checked your return, your payment will be refunded. You can find more information in our GTC.
